Incident Plan

CrisisDriver & AGC have partnered to provide you with a proprietary incident response plan complete with roles and steps.  This industry proven plan was pioneered by Reputation Management LLC - crisis communication consultants with over 30 years of experience.  Understanding that every organization is unique and different CrisisDriver provides complete editing flexibility.  Thus, roles names, actions, and even adding/deleting steps is capable within the CrisisDriver administrative portal.

Resource Center

In collaboration with Reputation Management LLC, AGC provides users with a comprehensive incident response and crisis communication resource center.  Here, one can gain access to over 30 years of crisis communication and incident response experience.  In addition, AGC has offered to upload additional resources to its members.  Within this section you will not only be able to (1) learn how to draft a press release , but (2) connect with industry leading resources (e.g. legal consultants). 

Document Management

AGC will have the ability to upload helpful documents to its members.  This section gives direct access to documents like, evacuation plans, technical data sheets, safety data sheets, etc.  Off-line availability ensures documents are always readily available for viewing and export.

Contact Groups

As a member of AGC you will receive pre-loaded external contacts within your mobile application to use in the event of a crisis incident.  External contacts (e.g. media contacts and government agencies) are crucial to contact immediately for crisis mitigation and liability prevention.

How do you deploy enterprise applications and also ensure users have downloaded the latest version?

An enterprise mobility management software (e.g. AirWatch by VMware) is the most efficient and secure method for deploying internal applications.  By using an application management system you control deployment and can visualize whether each user has downloaded the application.

Is CrisisDriver meant for an entire organization, or just a select group of managers / key personnel?

CrisisDriver was designed for both target groups.  Using the Administrative Portal your System Administrator can determine which application version is distributed to each user - Basic Version or Full Version.  The Basic Version allows you to send alert messages, check-in, and view contacts.  The Full Version includes all features and is more applicable for management and/or your Crisis Communication Team.

Is the CrisisDriver mobile application available for Microsoft devices?

No, CrisisDriver is only available for Apple (iOS) and Android based devices.  Fortunately, Apple and Android share a combined 98.6% of the total subscriber share held by smartphone operating systems in the United States from 2012 to 2018 (Source: comScore)

Can CrisisDriver be integrated into an existing Active Directory (AD) system?

Yes, CrisisDriver was designed to integrate with most Active Directory systems.  If you are interested in this option please have your IT System Administrator available during the on-boarding process.
